What does Unlocktravels do?
We handle visas, passports, flights, hotels, cabs and travel insurance for Indian travellers and families — so one expert team looks after your whole trip, from the first document to the airport pickup.
How much do your services cost?
Every trip is different, so we quote for your exact case rather than publishing generic prices. Request pricing on any page and we'll send a written quote, with government fees and our service charge listed separately.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No one can. Visa decisions are made solely by embassies. We focus on preventing avoidable refusals — incomplete documents, inconsistent information and the wrong visa category.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Everything can be done over WhatsApp, phone and email. You're always welcome at our office if you prefer to meet in person.
Is my data safe?
Documents are shared over encrypted channels, used only for your application, and deleted after your case is closed as described in our privacy policy.
What if my visa is refused?
Government fees are non-refundable. Our refund policy explains when our service charge is refunded, and we help you understand the refusal and reapply if appropriate.
How early should I apply?
For e-visas, two to four weeks before travel is usually enough. For Schengen, UK, USA and Canada, start six to eight weeks ahead — earlier in peak season.
